Flip Home Sales Specialist – Ann Arbor

We’re looking for a motivated real estate professional to learn to become a Flip Home Sales Specialist with one of Ann Arbor’s elite real estate teams. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, direct mentorship, and hands-on experience working with investors and homeowners on properties that need vision and transformation.

You’ll learn how to identify homes with renovation potential, coordinate repair or remodel options, and help clients maximize property value whether buying or selling. Our training and systems are designed to teach you how to analyze deals, structure offers, and manage transactions from start to finish while building long-term wealth through real estate investing.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+

This is ideal for someone who wants to grow their real estate career through renovation and investment opportunities, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. A real estate license is required or must be actively in progress through pre-licensing coursework.
