Your Role :
As a Parks Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team to ensure the efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Reporting to the Parks Supervisor, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure all team members are informed of their role accountabilities, performance standards, and their performance is managed through effective two-way communication, monitoring, evaluation, and the provision of appropriate feedback and development opportunities;
- Lead and manage a team, allocating work and resources (people & equipment) to achieve targets in accordance with operational requirements of the Parks & Environment Operations service;
- Coordinate the daily allocation of plant and equipment to ensure staff have the appropriate tools to complete allocated tasks;
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of contractors while on site.
