We are seeking a seasoned System Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint to oversee and optimize a reputable and growing company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities of the System Administrator :

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Implement best practices for user management, security, and compliance.
• Administer Azure services and resources, including virtual machines, networking, and storage. Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, security policies, and cost optimization.
• Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of SharePoint environments. Ensure effective collaboration and data management solutions are in place.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance policies across Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint environments.

Perform regular security assessments and updates.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
• Work closely with IT team members and other departments to support and enhance IT operations. Provide technical guidance and support to junior administrators.

Requirements of the System Administrator :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified : SharePoint Expert, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure services and management, and SharePoint configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects and leading initiatives in a technical environment.

Salary :

$85,000-$95,000 per year
