Responsibilities :
- Be punctual, wearing the proper uniform
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Prepare food according to recipes and procedures
- Set up and / or breakdown the line
- Ensure food quality and timely ticket times
- Control food costs
- Communicate respectfully with peers and managers
- Adhere to all employee handbook rules and policies
Requirements :
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience as a line cook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
