Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent.Description : As an IT Business Systems Analyst at Tutor Perini Corporation, reporting to the IT Director of Business Applications, you will have the opportunity to : Provide customer service and solutions on internal technology projectsIdentify emerging technological trends and drive innovation within the organization by proposing tech driven solutionsDocuments current state, partners with business to determine future state process, and prepares a plan for implementation of approved solutionInterviews, questions, and actively listens to customers issues and challenges to fully understand current stateResearches and provides options to customers to solve technical problemsResponds to and resolves intermediate questionsDocuments processes with business teamsReviews and improves application compliance processes with compliance teamPlans project tasks for specific process areasRecommends remediation of solution conditionsReviews reporting and recommends change using advanced toolsMakes recommendations and partners with business to determine selected solutionImplements chosen solutions to business in a customer service, consultative methodologyRequirements : 2 or more years’ experience in technology related positions providing customer service, needs analysis and solutions to customer challengesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredSkilled at listening, customer service, written and verbal communication and compliance with rules and regulationsUnderstanding of scripting languages and API interfacesGood understanding of emerging technologies and used cases in Construction IndustryIntermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Tools and or Microsoft 365Possesses a problem-solving mindset, demonstrated customer services focus and understanding of systems and processesTutor Perini builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
