My sales associate was first rate and managed the transaction to my satisfaction. My issue was that there were two other associates carrying out an intense discussion in front of my wife and I that I deemed totally unacceptable and unprofessional! My guy Frias was off getting things done when these two bozos decided they needed to discuss their disagreement on about another transaction in front of us.
Please tell your sales people to have their disagreements in private or at least not on the showroom floor!

Bought a vehicle this week from Zeiad. Awesome car buying experience. Zeiad listened to what I wanted, showed me the car that matched it and worked through the process with me.
He was very patient and attentive and even took the time to discuss options with my wife for a potential future purchase for her.
Everyone else at the dealership were also very polite and courteous. Price was as advertised with no strings. I’d recommend Molle Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle and working with Zeiad.

Worked with Sam in sales but also spoke with several other reps and everyone was very helpful I can't recommend them enough.
Of all my different car buying experiences this was the quickest and smoothest process with no gimmicks or sales traps just honest info.
I spoke with a few different Toyota dealerships in my hunt for my car and Molle Toyota is top tier. They were cheaper than the rest, more professional, faster to respond and best of all they were closest to me so I really lucked out, but I would have happily driven a few hours to work with this crew.

Reasonably painless process. I contacted about 25 dealers in 750 miles looking for a specific vehicle and trim. Appx 23 of the 25 dealers I spoke with were utterly putrid xxxxxxxxxx.
Sam made the process simple and painless with good email communication. About 99% of the transaction was done online, and about 2 hours spent for paperwork in the dealer. Would recommend.

Sean gets Two stars. Tyler gets all the stars.First thing this morning I sent a message listing all the parts I needed. We discussed them again over the phone.
Among those parts was the rear diff plugs, seals, breather, fluid, and Lube. Sean did not include the differential fluid and lube.
Which interferes with the mission to say the least. It was not well thought out. There were a few other things missing as well.
That made things horribly frustrating. The differential fluid still has me baffled. However, Tyler saved the day! He is incredibly knowledgeable, he answered every question I had.
He deserves a raise. For real! Anything he suggested I bought. Sean really dropped the ball. Thank you Tyler

Got a 2024 Toyota Corolla here in Dec 2023 and recently got my 6 month service done. I was helped by Steve Hennecke during the sale, he was nice, knowledgeable, and most importantly did not pressure me to buy any additional parts or warranties that I didn't want.
I paid around $28k for the custom build.I went to the Toyota dealership at Overland Park first where they quoted me $33k for the same build with required additions and warranties.
I have a pretty positive experience with this dealership, they seem like honest people who don't want to rip you off.
