Camper and RV-Lot Attendant
DEPARTMENT : Service
REPORTS TO : Service Manager
COMPENSATION : $20 / hr to $25 / hr DOE and EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS!!!
SUMMARY : Manage the drop off & pick up lanes, parking, and switching of units for the service technicians, maintain the sales display lot.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Park all units in a neat and orderly manner
- Understand and manage unit inventory
- Switch all technicians in order to keep a satisfactory workflow
- Maintain Kubota to make sure it’s properly greased and service is kept up to date
- Maintain our dealership’s highest standards
- Check in and detailed inspection of all incoming units new, used and trade in.
- Complete and submit delivery forms to proper dealership staff.
- Assist with Propane filling for service and parts customers.
- Report any damage and / or injuries to the supervising manager
- Foster a teamwork environment, and coordinate work with team members
- Clean the facility, grounds, vehicles, and equipment, including snow clearing and removal.
- Oversee the dealership detail department operations.
- Order and maintain record of detail supplies and needed supplies.
- Assist in obtaining parts when needed and sourced locally.
- Stay on schedule and properly manage workload, including sales, display, and service units
- Promote a safe workplace
- Various other duties as required for Hilltop’s business needs.
- Strict adherence to Hilltop Camper and RV’s company policies, as written in the Company Handbook
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with all department managers promoting teamwork for a common goal.
