Working under the supervision of RNs and other licensed medical professionals you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for residents while assisting them in their activities of daily living.

Salary : Up to $33 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
• Strong LPN skills required
• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment / clinical settings
• Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
• Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of New York
