Job Description:
Vetted has immediate nationwide opportunities for 13-week Travel MRI Tech contracts at competitive hourly rates.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce detailed images for accurate diagnosis.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Conduct imaging procedures following established protocols.
- Review and evaluate MRI images for quality assurance.
- Maintain and clean MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document patient information and imaging details accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) with a specialization in MRI.
- Active and unencumbered ARRT (MR) certification.
- A valid state license in radiologic technology (Vetted can assist with new licenses if needed).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Tech, preferably in a travel or locum tenens role.
- Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and safety protocols specific to MRI.
