The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas.
We are expanding rapidly and are in search of a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, ensure a clean and organized restaurant, and provide a friendly and efficient customer experience.

- Experience in high-volume restaurant management
Responsibilities as a General Restaurant Manager :
- Training, reviewing, and evaluating team members
- Leading by example with a sense of urgency
- Ensuring a clean and organized restaurant
- Multi-tasking while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Enforcing core values and building guides
Required Skills :
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Engagement with guests and team members
- Resourceful critical thinking abilities

Five days a week, including weekends 10 AM- 8 PM (50 hrs a week)
