Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Newton, NC, 28658. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial automation equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and experience in creating preventive maintenance plans.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machinery.
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
- Utilize hydraulics experience to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.
- Utilize PLC programming experience to make necessary adjustments and modifications.
- Work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, able to identify and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems with machinery.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial automation equipment.
- Proven ability to create and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Hydraulics experience, with the ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.
- PLC programming experience, able to make necessary adjustments and modifications.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
