We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMust be able to : Sweep, wax and / or polish floors;
• dust / polish woodwork; dust vents; clean / scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets;

wash windows; vacuum carpets / floors. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for these tasks.Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily.

Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis.Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable.Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor.

Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless.Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis.Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc.

from grounds and / or breezeways.Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and / or causing unsafe environments for residents and / or staff.
