Qualifications :
- JurisDoctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited lawschool
- Admission to the NV barassociation
- At least 1 year of experience intort litigation
- Strong research and writingskills
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
- Attentionto detail and strong organizationalskills
- Prior experience in a law firm or legalsetting is preferred but notrequired
Duties :
- Conductlegal research and analysis on various legalissues
- Draft legal documents includingpleadings motions and contracts
- Assist inpreparing for trials hearings anddepositions
- Review and analyze documents fordiscovery purposes
- Communicate with clientsopposing counsel and court personnel
- Attendcourt proceedings and assist with trialpreparation
- Perform other duties as assigned bysupervising attorneys
