Responsibilities :
- Guide students in acquiring specific skills outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with the teaching team to implement and customize IEPs to meet individual student needs.
- Provide personalized one-on-one and group support to students as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements :
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Possess a valid Special Education teaching certification in the state of Kentucky.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff.
