You must possess required Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses or be able to acquire asap.

Responsibilities :
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options and close the sale
- Network to develop prospective insurance customers and be able to close sale for all leads provided by agency and self-developed
