Systems Administrator

We're looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role :

As a Systems Administrator , you will s upport, design, maintain and monitor internal and external networks. Implement and manage all systems, applications, security and network configurations.

Resolve network performance issues and establish a disaster recovery plan. Recommend upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment.

Provide technical support and guidance to users. Rel y on knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.

What we are looking for :

• Three plus years of relevant hands-on experience
• Bash scripting, Python
• Experience with Linux operating systems (OS), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Experience with container and virtual applications (Docker, Ansible, VMware, Kubernetes)
• Able to resolve production performance, server, and application related issues to ensure the restoration of the environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus
• Obtain CompTIA Security+ or other DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification within the first 90 days of employment with Raft

Highly preferred :

• CCNA, CCDE, and Security+ or other IAT Level I certification
• Experience with Cybersecurity tools (Suricata, zeek)
• Experience with Elastic, Logstash, Kibana (ELK)
• Understanding of the project lifecycle, and related processes
• Good problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements

Clearance Requirements :

Active Secret security clearance

Work Type :

• Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO
• May require up to 10% travel

Salary Range :

• $90,000 - $130,000
• The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
