Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Manage and inspire a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high morale and excellent performance.
• Technical Expertise : Utilize your extensive background in harvesting equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of agricultural machinery.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

• Training and Development : Mentor and train technicians, keeping them updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Proven experience working with harvesting equipment, including combines, balers, and other related machinery.
• Leadership Skills : Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Excellent diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repair.
• Customer Focus : A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural equipment service and repair.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
