Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years solid experience estimating all divisions and trades and should be able to demonstrate skills and abilities with negotiated GMP commercial building projects.
Candidates must have proven experience with blueprints and specifications and should be able to perform the functions of detailed take offs, subcontractors bid / cost analysis, hard contract negotiation, and scope sheet generation.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and repeat clients.
