Job Summary
Holy Redeemer School is seeking a full-time middle school math teacher for half of the day and half of the day will be as a Technology / STEM Teacher.
In middle school Math Holy Redeemer assesses each student before beginning a new unit. The students are then divided into a regular class and a challenge class so students' individual needs in math are being met.
The candidate we are seeking will be working with another math teacher and will have smaller classes due to the fact that each class is divided into groups by skill level.
The middle school team shares a full-time assistant who will aid in small group instruction, one-to-one instruction, and will assist with behind-the-scenes paperwork.
During the afternoon this teacher will lead students in Technology and STEM activities for students in grades PreK through Eighth Grade.
The candidate would see each class K-8 twice a week for a combination of computer and STEM related activities.
Holy Redeemer School would be willing to split this position into two part-time positions.
