WhatYou Will Do
The Project Manager is responsiblefor planning and managing projects. The role includes thecoordination of teams consisting of professionals.
In addition itis also the responsibility to ensure that project goals such astime scope and budget are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the holistic organizational andadministrative management of IT projects
- Technical and organizational planning and implementationof projects during all project phases incl. control anddocumentation
- Take over project management andensure compliance with budget and time targets
- Control of subproject managers project teams and externalservice providers
- Definition of the test scopein functional integration and deployment testing for softwareprojects
- Coordination of internal technicaland developer resources
- Regular projectreporting to the responsible steering committees
- Confident interaction at professional and managementlevels to manage complex discussion and negotiationsituations.
- Consulting and conception in thedevelopment of new IT solutions incl. their profitabilitycalculation
- Will be required to travel up to25% of the time.

You are a highly organized project leaderknown for your attention to detail. You are collaborative and havea strong track record for communicating statuses and prioritiesacross all levels.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in managinginternational IT projects.
- Strongcommunication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the application of project managementmethods standards and tools.
- Completed studiesin the field of business informatics or a comparable subjectarea.

Compensation
- Base : $71000to 97000 annually based on specific compensable factors includingbut not limited to education work experience and geographicmarket.
- Bonus or Commission : This role will beeligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus programpursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of theirsalary based on the company’s performance and their ownindividual performance.
