We are seeking a dedicated individual who will be responsible for overseeing nursing practice standards, delegating tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring optimal patient care delivery during the night shift.
Key responsibilities of this role include :
- Evaluating, planning, and documenting nursing care
- Assisting with examinations and procedures
- Performing patient tests and administering medications
- Promoting patients' independence through education and care goal setting
- Using judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Key qualifications to be considered for this role :
- Associate's degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
- Certification as a registered nurse
- Familiarity with standard nursing practices and procedures
