Salary : $13-$16
We are looking for a competent Personal Care Aide to support physically challenged clients in their everyday lives. The fulfillment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this job.
If you’re compassionate and positive then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate.
Positions are in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, VA.
We will train you for your PCA certification, if you are serious about caring for our disabled citizens in our community.
Weekday and weekend hours available.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Support clients who can’t move on their own
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
- Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support
- Inform supervisors about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

- Physical stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
To keep our aides safe, we provide gloves, hand sanitizer and masks.
Education :
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License / Certification :
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- PCA Cert (Required, or we will train and certify)
