Pennsylvania Steel Company, Inc. is a leading distributor of steel and aluminum. We are a Veteran and privately owned business with 50+ years in the industry.
Pennsylvania Steel is looking for a Class A or B licensed driver to perform transportation runs from our Leetsdale, PA location (outside of Pittsburgh, PA) to our York, PA Plant on a daily basis.
The hours are First Shift hours, Monday-Friday, Start time is 5 : 30 AM.
The Class A or B Truck Driver safely operates a commercial flatbed vehicle to transport and deliver material to our customers.

Job Description :
- SAFETY FIRST! Safely operating the truck.
- Loading and unloading material required.
- Securing loads and assuring loads are within weight limits.
- Verifying count and condition of materials when loading and unloading.
- Reporting vehicle maintenance needs.
- Complying with Department of Transportation regulations.
- Maintaining a clean driving record.
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and presentable manner at all times.
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience :
- 1-6 months experience strongly preferred
- Valid Class A or B license, and clean driving record
- Experienced with driving a Flatbed vehicle
Benefits :
- Monday through Friday - Start Time is 5 : 30 AM
- Home every day
- $23.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr.to start, plus Overtime pay
- 45 to 55 hours per week
