As an RN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care possible.
You'll administer medication and treatments, monitor and document residents' health status and progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide the best possible care.
Our ideal candidate has :
A current RN license in good standing
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for providing high-quality care to seniors.
Responsibilities :
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
