To achieve this vision, we build Brand and customer facing tools and experiences.We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will collaborate with cross-org stakeholders to design and implement a cohesive and intuitive user experience for Brands, and support all BEE products and programs as needed.

Key job responsibilitiesCreate user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, sales workflows, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders, executive leadership and other design leaders in our broader org.

Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products.Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.

Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations : Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications8+ years of design experienceHave an available online portfolioExperience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.

Preferred QualificationsExperience applying scrum to visual or UX design processesExperience with UX design of complex workflows.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
