Job Title : AML Full-Stack Developer (Palantir)

Location : New York

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AML Full-Stack Developer to join our newly established Service Consultant sub-practice. This team supports a key long-term client in the financial services industry, focusing on delivering impactful and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively, contributing their expertise to advance the client’s agenda and support the team's success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain existing AML solutions while contributing to the migration of these solutions to newer platforms.
• Design and implement products throughout the product development lifecycle (PDLC), including coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to enhance product delivery velocity.
• Act as a cross-functional team member, contributing to various squad needs as required.
• Engage with the community of practice and share knowledge proactively within the squad.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven expertise in implementing solutions on the Palantir Cloud Foundry platform.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Palantir AML solutions, including Case Management, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring modules.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack application development using Palantir Foundry technical components.
• Experience in designing and developing data pipelines using Python or Java to create datasets, Foundry objects, and user interfaces.
• Proficiency in building Ontology objects and implementing data visualizations using Foundry tools.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis to produce data models and business process models, rapidly converting them into solution prototypes.
• Experience performing data health checks in Foundry, including monitoring datasets, jobs, and data refreshes, and sending alerts as needed.
• Competence in developing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end system tests in higher environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with Product Owners, business SMEs, and technical SMEs to implement Palantir AML solutions.
• 10+ years of programming experience with object-oriented languages, such as Java or Python .
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience in Palantir Foundry , with strong knowledge of Cloud Foundry architecture .
• Expertise in data integration, data cleansing , and conducting exploratory data analysis in collaboration with SMEs on AML data sets.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience migrating existing AML solutions to Palantir AML is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL development skills with major RDBMS platforms, including Oracle and MSSQL .
• 2+ years of experience with Alteryx data integration or a willingness to learn on the job.
