The Microsoft Intune Specialist is in charge of designing, setting up, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune environments on an ongoing basis to support secure device management and application deployment. This job makes sure that the company follows its own rules and the rules of the industry. It also provides expert help with endpoint management, security, and end-user productivity.

Main Duties :

Set up, deploy, and run Microsoft Intune environments for mobile application management (MAM) and mobile device management (MDM).

Make and enforce rules for device compliance, security, and conditional access.

Use Intune to add and support Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.

Use Intune to manage the deployment of applications, updates, and patches.

Keep an eye on, fix, and deal with Intune-related problems and service requests.

Work with the IT security, infrastructure, and support teams to improve the security of endpoints and the experience of users.

Keep technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles up to date.

Keep up with Microsoft Intune updates, best practices, and trends in the industry.

Teach end users and IT staff how to use Intune's features and capabilities.

Help with audits, compliance checks, and reporting as needed.

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or the same amount of work experience.

More than two years of experience managing Microsoft Intune or a similar MDM solution.

A good understanding of enterprise mobility, device compliance, and security rules.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Autopilot.

Experience with scripting and automation, especially PowerShell.

Great at solving problems, analyzing things, and keeping things in order.

Good at writing and talking to people.

It would be great if you had Microsoft certifications like MS-102, MS-500, or something similar.

Pay by the hour : $40.00 to $65.00 (depends on how much experience you have).
