SEO Strategy Lead Job at Amiad Agency, LLC in Indianapolis

## Requirements

• 6+ years SEO with proven traffic / revenue impact; 2+ years leading accounts / teams
• Expert with GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs / Semrush, and Looker Studio
• Broad fluency across technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and E-E-A-T
• Comfort translating complex SEO topics to executive stakeholders and non-SEOs
• Strong program management across distributed teams and multiple workstreams
• Excellent written English and async updates; ability to overlap ≥4 hrs PT## Key Responsibilities
• Own SEO strategy and roadmaps for priority accounts with clear OKRs and forecasted impact
• Lead cross-functional execution (Content, Dev, PR / Outreach) to hit growth targets
• Establish scalable measurement frameworks and executive dashboards in GA4 / Looker
• Provide POVs on algorithm updates; run impact analyses and remediation plans
• Coach / QA the team’s deliverables; standardize templates and playbooks
