About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is preferred. License : Physical Therapy License Certifications : N / A Must-Have : - Resume and license verification must be attached.
Job Description : - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. - Provide therapy services to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase physical fitness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and services provided. - Perform COVID-19 testing 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours in advance.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Please note that holiday coverage is not required for this position, and bilingual skills are not necessary.
