Job Summary :

The Product Designer will be responsible for bringing ideas, tools, and processes that help our team collaborate and solve complex problems.

This role will understand how to deal with constraints and a fast-paced environment, holding this position and the team to a standard of excellence.

Responsibilities : Leverage our product design principles, government personas, and design system to craft elegant, but practical solutionsDesign wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and validate them with usersUse data from research and product analytics to understand customer needs, make decisions, and communicate solutionsContribute to our unified design system by leveraging reusable patterns across productsWork with Senior Designers, Product Management and Engineering leaders to define use cases, requirements, customer journeys, and interactionsPresent your work to stakeholders across the company to receive feedback and communicate the value of designRapidly incorporate feedback into your designs and prioritize collaborationRequirements and Preferred Experience :

2+ years of experience working in cross-functional product and engineering teamsStrong communication skills and an ability to clearly present complex ideas to stakeholdersStrong understanding of how to apply human factors and user-centered design principles to softwareThe ability to move fast, listen and adaptRecognized experience leading an iterative design process from concept to implementable solutionAbility to start with complex data and customer workflows and drive toward simple and intuitive solutionsA master of common design software tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, AdobeXD, InVisionExperience designing for enterprise software solutions preferredExperience applying various design research methods to gain insight and inform the direction preferredExperience building and maintaining a design system preferredExperience with complex system and wicked problems in government, finance, and enterprise domains preferred

$80,000 - $110,000 a year

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
