Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS) are a plus. 1+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting, preferably within an MSP or IT solutions environment. Work Location : [Remote / On-site] as per company policy. On-call : Regular business hours with occasional flexibility for campaign launches or urgent tasks. In this role, you will blend your technical expertise with strong sales skills to serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients understand the value of our solutions to improve their business operations. This role is essential to generating new business and supporting our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and present customized IT solutions that align with client needs, covering managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and more.
- Conduct product and solution demonstrations, effectively communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and detailed documentation for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal technical and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with service capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, positioning Kloud9 as a trusted advisor in their IT journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to provide insightful recommendations.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through consistent follow-up and a strategic approach to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
