Communications Representative

Description

The Communications Representative will be responsible for managing the company’s communication strategies, creating content, and maintaining relationships with media outlets.

This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to convey the company’s message clearly and effectively.

Social Media Agent Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Diaz Consulting NYC’s services and brand.
• Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other company communications.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content.
• Coordinate with media outlets to secure coverage and handle media inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and other public relations activities.
• Maintain and update the company’s website with relevant news and content.
• Manage internal communications, including company announcements and newsletters.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, media representatives, and industry partners.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a communications or public relations role is preferred.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
