Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking to fill a Full Time Customer Service Representative working 40 hours per week at our branch in Winter Harbor.
Our Customer Service Representatives represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient and accurate service to our customers.
They are responsible for processing a wide variety of transactions while deepening existing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
In this role you can expect to :
Process a variety of transactions for customers while seeking opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Including, but not limited to :
o Basic account opening and maintenance;
o Deposits, withdrawals, transfers; and
o All Teller transactions including Vaults and ATMs.
- Be responsible for providing following up, effective resolution, and customer satisfaction in response to a variety of customer inquiries.
- Recognize and make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance and other banking services.
- Understand and begin to contribute towards meeting branch goals in deposits, loans and other categories.
- Be responsible for adhering to regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act.
- Comprehend and adhere to federal banking regulations in accordance with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s policies and procedures.
This entry-level role is focused on learning general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, to include basic account opening.
Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position. An individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced, collaborative environment will be best matched for this position.
