Village Plumbing Air and Electric has been in business for 80 years and still growing! We are looking for top notch licensed sales / service plumbers 3+ years of experience in residential sales and service. A Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters license through TSBPE is required for this position.

Sales / Service Team

Start your day from home - go directly to your first call. You will present options for repair and / or replacement solutions to the homeowner. You will complete small jobs (jobs that can be completed in 1 hour or less). All other jobs will be completed by our Install team. This is a straight commission position with unlimited earning potential. While this is a unique role and not for everyone, it is ideal for an experienced residential sales / service plumber. Our sales plumbers make from $100K - $200K+ . We provide ongoing sales training from the best in the business. If you are one of your company's top performers, we want to talk to you!

Requirements :

Current license with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (Tradesman, Journeyman or Master) THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

Valid Driver's license with good driving record.

Previous residential sales / service PLUMBING experience

Service Titan experience a bug plus!

Excellent communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to details.
