- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Ensure the highest quality of visual effects, adhering to project timelines and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align VFX strategies with overall project goals.

Qualifications :
- 15+ years of experience in the VFX industry with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of VFX production pipelines and tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
