Sign-On Bonus : $9,000
Shift : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays

Your Role
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, your responsibilities will include :
- Patient Care : Administering respiratory therapy treatments, evaluating patients, and developing individualized care plans.
- Critical Response : Providing advanced respiratory support during emergencies, including life-saving measures.
- Team Collaboration : Working closely with physicians, staff, and directors to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
- Education : Educating patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.
Qualifications
- Education : Graduated from an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
- Licensure : MA Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL) and National Board Respiratory Care RRT (NBRC-RRT).
- Certifications : CPR certification.
- Experience : While six months of staff therapist experience is preferred, we welcome all qualified candidates.
- Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills, with a willingness to engage in ongoing education.
