Actively seeking a full time self-motivatedLicensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized medical care and support to a specific student, ensuring their safety and well-being in various settings throughout the school day.
Caseload : 1 : 1 case load with a student
Location : Near Hooksett, New Hampshire
Job Type : Full Time
Pay Rate : Starting at $35dlls an hour based on experience
Job Requirements :
- Providing healthcare to studentand provide support with daily activities. Some support required is on the areas of trach, G - tube, vent, seizure care and diabetic care.
- Conducting screenings and writing referrals for health services
- Developing and monitoring health plans for student
- Bus ride with student
- Must be fortable with heavy lifting
Qualifications :
- State licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience working with children and adolescents, school experience preferred
