Position Title : Maintenance Technician
Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor
We are offering a sign-on bonus of UP TO $5,000 for all new hires for our Maintenance Roles!
Pay is determined by experience and is paid weekly!
We have both Day and Night shift available!
Benefits paid from Day 1
$24.00 $32.00+ / hr )
Education : 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education preferred (I.E. possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience Experience : 1(+) years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent experience Computer Skills : Basic computer skills will be necessary to log information, to process daily work orders and to complete required documentation.
Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Communication Skills : The ability to communicate effectively and basic math skills are necessary to perform this job at a satisfactory level.
With moderate supervision provide maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment. Some electrical knowledge is necessary.
- Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
- Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
- Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
- Boiler Steam experience is essential.
