Nurse (RN or LPN) - FT Grave or PT Evening Shift

FT GRAVE (3) TWELVE HOUR NIGHT SHIFTS from 5 : 00pm - 5 : 00am

Schedule : Wk 1 : Sun, Fri, Sat. Wk 2 : Tues, Wed, Thurs.

PT EVENING (3-4) FOUR HOUR EVENING SHIFTS from 6 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm

Schedule : Wk 1 : Tues, Wed & Thurs Wk 2 : Sun, Mon, Fri & Sat

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, UT, is a private residential treatment center for adolescents 12-17 years of age.

Your essential functions & objectives :

• Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for students
• Initial and ongoing assessment of physical health of students and educating students regarding connection between physical and mental health
• Demonstrates knowledge of Nursing Department philosophy, and assumes responsibility for maintaining Standards of Nursing Practice and Standards of Care for all patients

Qualifications

Your qualifications will include :

• Valid Utah RN or LPN licensure or multi-state compact license to practice in Utah
• 2 years' experience in the behavioral health / psychiatric nursing field is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED .
• Must be at least 21 years of age, able to pass a criminal history background check and drug screen
