DUTIES :
- Provides advice &support to the Residents and their families.
- Monitoring Residents and administering medication andtreatments.
- Documents Resident care servicesby charting in Resident & dept. records.
- Protects Residents & staff by adhering toinfectioncontrol policies & protocols.
- Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizingmultidisciplinary team strategies.
- Assuresquality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies &standards of care.
- Maintains Residentconfidence by keeping information confidential.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Previous LTCexperience required.
- Full time subacute andSigmacare knowledge a plus.
- Should work wellin a team environment.
- Current New York StateRN License.
- LongTerm Care ExperiencePreferred.
- Solid computer skills; workingknowledge of MS Office.
- Excellentcommunication skills.
- It should be friendlyand a team worker.
Salary : $84000$95000
