About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2004 To $2226 Job Title : Certified Operating Room Technician / Surgical Technician Job Specialty : Surgical Services Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (06 : 45 - 19 : 15) Guaranteed Hours : Not Specified Experience : Minimum of 1 Year of Relevant Experience License : Valid RN or Compact RN License and Allied License Certifications : CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) Must-Have : COVID-19 Vaccination (Medical / Religious Exemptions Allowed) Job Description : Position does not require floating between units.
- On-call duties are required, with 6-8 weekday calls in a six-week schedule.- Weekend shifts are required, with 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
- Block schedules are required.- Requires a 1 : 1 patient-to-technician ratio.- Scrub color is any color; surgical services-specific attire provided.
- Charting is done using Epic software.- Orientation consists of 40 hours. Facility Highlights : Type : Short Term Acute Care, Level III Trauma Center- The facility appreciates candidates with references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
Compliance Details : Compliance documents are due the Monday before the start date.- Candidates must be prepared to float within the facility as needed.
Former staff must wait three months before reapplying as a traveler.
