About The Position
Job Title : Surgical Technologist Job Specialty : CVOR Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 10 / 12 Varied Guaranteed Hours : 36 Experience : Minimum 2 years, with current experience required in a large OR.
- A completed 13-week travel assignment is also necessary. License : Active state or compact Certifications : BLS required;
- PALS and ACLS preferred (must be completed through recognized associations) Must-Have : Ability to scrub; current Cardiovascular Experience required;
Ortho, ENT, and Transplant experience are a plus; EPIC EMR experience preferred Job Description : Comply with a 75-mile straight line radius rule for traveler applicants.
- Not open to local candidates or previous employees who have worked within the past 12 months.- Submit at least two references, including one from the current manager, with resume and completed skills checklist / competency assessment.
- Be a team player, flexible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.- Perform duties across weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
- Travelers may be required to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the primary assigned location.
- Scrubs required but not provided.- No holiday requests for time off will be approved for travelers.- Orientation not to exceed 40 hours and includes EPIC training, with a testing option if experienced in the last six months.
This position requires a dedicated and adaptable professional accustomed to dynamic and challenging work environments.
