Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Make coverage recommendations to customer and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
- Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on customer needs
- Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
- Provide support to the Sales team
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- 2+ years Personal Lines experience, required
- Property & Casualty License, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related discipline, preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a plus
