About the Role :
- Maintaining an overview of compliance including the development and delivery of training, guidance, and facilitating partnerships with corporate stakeholders
- Supporting and monitoring proposal activities and audit and review assessments to identify risks and areas requiring direction
- Coordinating with clients for proposal-related questions, audits, assessments, and rate checks
- Contributing to standardizing, monitoring, and maintaining estimating logic, tools, rates and factors, and training.
- Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Contracts preferred
- 5+ years of experience in pricing compliance or quality or in a pricing analyst role in the federal government environment
- Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
- Competencies :
- Experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Working knowledge of internal and external audits and what actions to take to respond to findings.
- Ability to show flexibility and innovation in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate and present findings to audiences at all levels of an organization.
