Tasks include : Create orders, attach copy and ensures scheduling for Effectv Media TV campaigns
- Liaison between Program Manager, Tech Makeover Consultants, Creative production team, Copy Management teams, etc,
- Manages escalations
- Schedules check-in with recipients for status
- Manages and maintains updated recipient data within Salesforce
- Work with Tech Makeover Consultants and recipient to schedule consultation
- Ensure seamless handoff to and from all award phases.
Position Comments : This role is fully remote and candidate can be based either in EST or CST. 1 year+ contract role.
