Hospital Pharmacist Full-Time Job - LA
Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
Soliant is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team on a contract basis at a respected medical facility nearShreveport, LA.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care in an inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
- Review and interpret physician orders, monitor drug therapy, and provide drug information to healthcare staff.
- Participate in clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic dosing.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements :
- Pharm.D or B.S. in Pharmacy with relevant experience.
- Current licensure in the state of Louisiana.
- Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred. Offering :
