Summary
We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide quality obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic nursing care in a compassionate and holistic environment.

Requirements :
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee, BLS and NRP certification required
- Special Care Nursery / NICU experience desirable
- Able to return to work within 1 hour when on call
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Handle medications, treatments, and procedures safely and in accordance with hospital policies
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Maintain a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
