Development Manager

Job Summary :

Seeking a hands-on technology leader to manage the full lifecycle of a new IT process automation platform, with a strong background in process engineering, software engineering, API management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with legacy operations partners to optimize process models.
• Design and develop a software product for automated request management and orchestrated process execution.
• Enable orchestrated, automated task actions that encapsulate scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Shell, etc.
• Manage integration, queuing of requests, task execution, and ensure security of all aspects of solutions.
• Automate virtual machine provisioning and manage resource-management integrations.
• Build and lead the product team, manage changes and versioning, and implement CI / CD pipelines.
• Employ Agile methodology and identify opportunities for integrating next-generation technologies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong software engineering skills with Microsoft development products and substantial experience with the Azure platform.
• PowerShell expertise and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The Compensation range for this role is 139,802.40 - 279,604.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
