Software Support & Test Engineer
I'm working with an innovative company in the energy sector that’s on the lookout for a driven Software Support & Test Engineer to join their remote team.
In this role, you’ll be pivotal in providing technical support to customers, ensuring a high-quality experience with timely responses and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to customers via email and live chat, offering timely solutions and guidance.
Perform software testing to ensure products meet quality standards before deployment.
Troubleshoot software issues, analyzing customer problems to find the root cause and implement effective fixes.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance software functionality and customer experience.
Participate in software QA and continuously improve testing processes.
