In this vital role as a Social Worker , you will be responsible for :
- Assessing residents' social and emotional needs

- Advocating for residents' rights and preferences
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role as a Social Worker , you should meet the following criteria :
- Possession of a valid Social Worker license or certification in the state of employment
- Compassion and dedication to resident well-being
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Must have previous experience working in a nursing home
